Rege Nephro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto, Japan; Chief Executive Officer: Akifumi Morinaka) was selected from many applicant companies to participate as an exhibitor and speaker at the international deep tech startup event, Global Startup Expo 2025, held from September 17 to 18, 2025.

During the event, our booth welcomed numerous visitors from Japan and overseas, allowing us to directly experience the strong interest in our technology and business.
In addition, Koichi Hagiuda, a Japanese Member of the House of Representatives visited our booth, and Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba and former Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also attended the event, further highlighting the strong expectations for and attention to deep tech startups.

Through active discussions with visitors and other participating companies, we had valuable opportunities to explore potential new collaborations. Furthermore, by speaking directly with patients and medical professionals involved in treatment, we were once again reminded of the significant social value of our research and development and the potential to contribute to many people.

At the pitch session, our CEO, Akifumi Morinaka, delivered a presentation introducing the company to a wide range of attendees.

We will continue to strive to further advance our research and development to meet the expectations of all those who showed interest in this event.
