Rege Nephro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto, Japan; Chief Executive Officer: Akifumi Morinaka) participated in the Japan Healthcare Venture Summit (JHVS) 2025, hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, held in Yokohama from October 8 to 10, 2025. Rege Nephro exhibited at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) booth, presenting its research through a poster session.

During the event, CEO Akifumi Morinaka served as a panelist at the BioJapan 2025 Sponsor Seminar hosted by Bayer Yakuhin Ltd., discussing the current status and future outlook of Japan’s drug discovery ecosystem, funding environment for drug development, and initiatives for talent acquisition. He also exchanged views with Nobuhiro Kazama from Bayer Yakuhin Ltd. (Executive Officer, Head of Business Development Division)

On the final day, CFO, Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, presented an overview of our company and our lead product at the JHVS Showcase.

Throughout the summit, Rege Nephro engaged with numerous companies and organizations through partnering sessions and other interactions, gaining valuable insights. Rege Nephro will build on the knowledge and networks gained to further advance our business initiatives.
